Qualifications (all roles)

  • Active New Mexico LPN license in good standing.

  • At least 1 year of recent LTC/SNF or rehab experience preferred; comfortable with 12‑hour day or night shifts and fixed 3×12 schedules.

  • Current BLS and ability to work as a local (no travel stipend)
