SalesCurv is partnering with Stewart Surgical, the exclusive distributor of Zimmer Biomet CMF and Thoracic products across Indiana and greater Louisville, KY, to fill a Clinical Specialist role — a sales-focused position — on their Indianapolis-area team. This territory is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, coachable candidate ready to help support its continued growth.

This is a true entry point into medical device sales — no prior OR or medical device experience required. You'll work alongside an experienced sales team, get hands-on OR exposure from day one, and build the relationships and clinical knowledge that set the foundation for a long-term career in surgical sales. Our team has doubled in size over the last 2–4 years, and this role exists because the territory keeps growing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the existing Indianapolis-area sales team in surgeon and hospital procurement relationships
• Growing existing accounts by introducing additional Zimmer Biomet CMF and Thoracic products
• Providing in-OR case support, including tray management and case coverage
• Learning surgical anatomy, case flow, and clinical workflow directly from experienced reps and surgical teams
• Calling on surgeons and hospital procurement departments to build trust and long-term partnerships
• Representing a product portfolio that includes Sternalock EZ, RibFix Advantage, other rib plating systems, craniomaxillofacial products, pectus excavatum solutions, other sternal plating systems and epilepsy solutions. 

Who We're Looking For

• No prior OR or medical device sales experience needed — full training and mentorship provided
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy — you'll be trained and supported, but not micromanaged
• Coachable, competitive, and comfortable in a relationship-driven sales environment
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clinical and hospital stakeholders
• Recent grads, former athletes, military veterans, and candidates with backgrounds in EMS, clinical care, nursing, PA work, or B2B sales are all encouraged to apply
• Willing to relocate within a 3-hour radius of Indianapolis within 12–18 months as the territory develops
• Comfortable with minimal overnight travel

Compensation & Growth

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Guaranteed base salary in year one while you learn the business and build relationships
• Salary + commission structure introduced in year two, with opportunity for increased earnings
• Earning potential grows significantly from there for reps who put in the work and build strong accounts
• Most of year one is relationship-based selling — you're growing existing accounts by adding products, not building a territory from scratch
