About the Role

We're hiring a barista for our all-day café and bakery on East Bay Street. You'll pull espresso, build drinks, and work a counter where the pastry case is as much a part of the sale as the coffee.

Our managers interview daily, so you won't wait long to hear back after you apply.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages
• Guide guests through the pastry case and recommend desserts and baked goods
• Provide friendly, attentive service through the morning rush and all day after it
• Process payments accurately on the POS
• Keep the café clean, organized, and food-safe
• Assist with light food prep and product displays
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed
• Work with the front of house team to keep service moving

What We're Looking For

• Barista experience preferred
• Genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask through a rush
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, on-time attendance and attention to detail

A plus: espresso calibration and dialing-in experience, latte art, and previous café or bakery work.

What You Get
