Responsibilities- Actively dial and reach out to clients with leads provided by the company, as well as existing customers in the agency.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Present and explain Allstate insurance products and services clearly and enthusiastically.
- Develop customized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Requirements- Valid Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
- Previous success in a sales or customer-facing role (Required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
