What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Butcher at Sura Hawaii, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cutting meats to precise specifications for our Korean BBQ menu. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area. - Monitoring and ensuring the quality and freshness of all meat products. - Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience as a butcher or in a similar role. - Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
