About the Role:
Join SUMMER & SAGE COFFEE LLC as a Culinary Student and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of coffee and culinary arts. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while honing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high quality and taste.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
  • Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program.
  • Passion for food, coffee, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus but not required.
