About the Role:
STAMPER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Sneads Ferry, NC location. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive performance and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and revenue targetBuild and maintain strong relation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership/operations role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in strategic planning and executing operational goals
  • Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, not required
