Spectrum Recon

The Mobile Curb Rim Repair Technician is responsible for traveling directly to customers and restoring damaged and scuffed wheels to factory-like condition using professional refinishing techniques. This is a fully mobile, hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver dealership-quality results right at the customer's doorstep — no shop required.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations throughout the valley to perform on-site wheel repairs
• Assess and diagnose wheel damage including curb rash, scuffs, gouges, and paint chips
• Sand, fill, and reshape damaged wheel surfaces to restore original profile
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat finishes with color-matching accuracy
• Operate power tools, grinders, and finishing equipment safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks on all completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage daily route, appointments, and job flow independently
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and care for all tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the Spectrum Recon brand on the road

What We're Looking For

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Experience with power tools, sanding, and surface preparation (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a mobile schedule
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required
• Professional, customer-facing attitude and strong communication skills
• Positive mindset and eagerness to grow within the company
