Veterinarian – Full-Time, Part-Time or Relief
SNIP WV | Morgantown, WV
High-Quality, High-Volume Spay/Neuter Clinic

SNIP WV, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is seeking veterinarians (full-time, part-time, or relief) to join our mission-driven, high-volume spay/neuter clinic serving north central West Virginia and surrounding areas.

Full-Time Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $10,000 Relocation Assistance
  • Health Insurance & Benefits
  • 80 Hours PTO + Paid Holidays
  • Paid Licensing & CE Stipend
  • Four-day work week
  • No on-call, no holidays
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

(Competitive compensation available for part-time and relief shifts.)

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-surgical exams and administer anesthesia protocols
  • Perform high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter surgeries (up to 40/day)
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Supervise surgical staff and assistants
  • Ensure compliance with WV Board and AVMA standards

Qualifications

  • DVM from an accredited university
  • Licensed or eligible in West Virginia
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to reducing animal overpopulation
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

High-volume or shelter medicine experience preferred but not required. New graduates welcome.
