PRN Position
Increased rates available when medical benefits are waived.
This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a Physical Therapist. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, safety, function, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute experience preferred
Experience with Net Health preferred
