Smith's Decorating & Flooring Center

We are looking for a Design Sales Associate to join our team. This position requires someone who is good with color & design regarding home improvements, renovations and new build. We need someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working directly with customers, can learn what products we sell and be able to provide our customers with that knowledge. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, has basic math skills and can provide good phone etiquette. Candidate must have prior sales experience.

Additionally, you'll be required to work with customers, contractors, vendors and other team members on common projects. You'll help maintain the cleanliness & layout of the showroom and assist with office clerical work. Must be available every other Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm.
