Role Description

1. Key Responsibilities

•     Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular and ad hoc basis.

•     Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

•     Monitor financial performance against budget and prior periods; identify variances and investigate root causes.

•     Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.

•     Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.

•     Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

•     Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into financial performance.

•     Support internal and external audit requests by preparing required documentation and schedules.

•     Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

•     Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects assigned by Supervisor.


2. Qualifications

Required

•     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

•     5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related role.

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and advanced formulas.

•     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

•     Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.


Preferred

•     Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor) or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

•     CPA, CFA, or progress toward either designation.

•     Experience in a multi-location or corporate environment.
