By afternoon, you’ve solved a tough blockage, prevented a callback by catching a future failure, and sat at a kitchen table walking through repair vs. replace, financing, and a service agreement. What You’ll Tackle
  • Run residential service and repair calls — including the tricky ones — with accurate diagnosis and high-quality workmanship.
  • Spot issues early to prevent breakdowns and reduce callbacks.
  • Guide homeowners through options: repair vs. replacement, financing, and service agreements — helping them choose what’s right for their home and budget.
  • Own your metrics, using ServiceTitan and digital invoicing to track revenue and service goals.
What You Bring
  • Hands-on residential plumbing expertise from running real service calls in real homes.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and local plumbing codes.
  • Comfort with technology: iPads, ServiceTitan, and digital paperwork.
  • Clear communication with homeowners — you’re confident at the kitchen table.
  • Personal accountability — you hold yourself to a high standard and track your numbers.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Fluent in English.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to handle tools and controls; hear and speak on the job.
  • Reach with hands and arms; climb ladders; work in hot/cold spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
  • Frequently lift 50+ pounds.
  • Require close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work indoors and outdoors across New Jersey seasons; conditions vary based on scope of work.
