Project Manager | Industrial Equipment

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial equipment projects from planning through completion. This role partners closely with the Construction Manager and coordinates crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, customers, and project communication to ensure successful execution.

This is a travel heavy position, with up to 75% travel nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate construction crews of 5–50+ employees and oversee subcontractors.
• Communicate regularly with customers, Construction Managers, and senior leadership.
• Resolve customer and project issues quickly and effectively.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and identify schedule or budget risks.
• Ensure subcontractors meet performance, certification, and project requirements.
• Track contractor hours and project documentation.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and customer safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Travel to jobsites and remain onsite as needed through project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, preferably in construction or fabrication.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing budgets and project timelines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and jobsite safety.
• General fabrication knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel and stay at jobsites as required.
