Become a Lead Business Analysis Expert at SE Health, where innovation meets impact. This position emphasizes developing business analysis standards and leading community practices for health care advancement.
As part of SE Health’s team, you will be tasked with ensuring that business analysis practices align with industry standards while balancing flexibility with consistency. This senior role focuses on mentoring colleagues, enhancing capabilities, and building a vibrant community of practice that fosters shared learning and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute enterprise business analysis tools and standards
• Lead the Business Analysis Community and promote engagement
• Guide delivery teams through complex analysis challenges
• Assess and improve BA capability across the organization
• Integrate BA practices into enterprise delivery processes
Requirements:
• Over 6 years of business analysis in complex initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong mentoring and advisory capabilities
• Familiarity with governance and evaluation practices
• Expertise in BA lifecycle management
