Overview

Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Account Managers provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. They assure effective distribution of our products and attainment of sales objectives by carrying out the duties/responsibilities of selling, servicing and merchandising retail accounts within assigned territories. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: Day Shift

Typical Duties: 

  • Follow SBG's 10 steps to a sales call. 
  • Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with retail owners, buyers, managers and personnel.
  • Strive to ensure all of our Company's retail execution standards are being met.
  • Execute retail programs as defined by our Company's chain management and ensures planogram integrity.
  • Review and adjust customer generated orders. 
  • Take inventory and write replenishment orders. 
  • Seek out opportunities and effectively sell in new product placements, displays, and resets. 
  • Refresh and rotate existing product, displays and responsible for all merchandising activities.
  • Execute the following:
    • Organize product in the back room.
    • Ensure product is rotated according to SBG's product quality standards.
    • Fill U-Boats if necessary.
    • Fill shelves and coolers from displays 
  • Attend resets in his or her accounts as requested by the Regional Director.
  • Work safely and follow policies and procedures. 
  • Work cooperatively with delivery and merchandising support .
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.  

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Previous sales experience 
  • Ability to problem solve and influence others 
  • Knowledge of customers service standards 
  • Problem solving and organizational skills 
  • Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basis 
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
