You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
Responsibilites
Greet and connect with each customer
Prepare drinks according to recipe, quickly and accurately
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
Manage cash drawer, following established procedures
Keep store clean and organized
Maintain workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
