Personal Injury Law Firm located in Tomball, TX seeks a full-time Entry Level Recepetionist/Legal assistant. Candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be able to maintain well-organized files. Responsibilities would include answering phones, greeting clients, handling incoming and outgoing mail and keeping office common areas looking presentable at all times. Candidates should have some experience with ordering medical records and be able to interact effectively with medical care providers and clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel). Prior experience in asbestos litigation and bilingual a plus, but not required.
