S&P Elite Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and help deliver quality results across a variety of job sites.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will assist with coordinating daily work activities and supporting the operational needs of the team on active job sites. This role is hands-on and varied, with opportunities to contribute to pressure washing, landscaping, demolition support, and other off-job tasks as needed.

You will work closely with the manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the expected standard. Because jobs may require on-site equipment movement, the role is best suited for someone who has reliable transportation and can help transport job materials and tools when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, organizing, and supporting daily job assignments across multiple job types

• Support pressure washing, landscaping, and demolition-related tasks as directed and as equipment requires

• Coordinate basic jobsite readiness, including tool/equipment handling and site setup and cleanup

• Help maintain safe, orderly work practices and follow on-site instructions and procedures

• Support operational needs across “random off jobs” by adapting quickly to changing priorities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite full-time in Muskegon, MI and support jobsite demands

• Willingness to perform hands-on physical work, including lifting, loading, and moving equipment as needed

• Reliable transportation and capability to tow a trailer for equipment when required

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to assist with all operational needs of the business

• Commitment to working safely and following directions in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with pressure washing, landscaping, demolition support, or similar field services

• Familiarity with basic equipment handling, jobsite organization, and maintaining tools and supplies

• A practical, can-do mindset and comfort working independently once tasks are assigned

• Prior experience in a support leadership or assistant management role is a plus

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $20.00
