The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. Working within a small team, this position utilizes a combination of inventory management software and manual tracking methods to support seamless inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct quality inspections and cycle counts regularly
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
- Utilize RF scanners and PDA systems for tracking inventory
- Prepare and submit inventory reports promptly
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management
- Proficient operating Cherry Picker and inventory management systems
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Effective organization and time management abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass Drug test and Background check.
Schedule :
Monday - Saturday 9am to 5:30pm, must be flexible with schedule and open to working overtime if needed
Pay Rate :
$22 per hour / weekly pay
