Mason Tender / Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mason Tender / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our masons in constructing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality masonry structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist masons in the construction and repair of brick, block, and stone structures.
• Mix and prepare mortar, grout, and other materials according to specifications.
• Set up, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding and Hydro Mobile systems.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Transport materials, tools, and supplies to designated work areas.
• Follow schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts or cranes when required.
• Apply caulking, plaster, or other materials to fill gaps, joints, or cracks.
• Restore and finish surfaces to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a mason tender or in a related construction role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Basic understanding of masonry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
