Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), data lake objects (DLOs), and identity resolution rules.

Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.

Create calculated insights, segments, and activation targets.

Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications.

Develop automation using Flow, Apex, APIs, and Platform Events where required.

Optimize data quality, performance, governance, and security.

Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

Knowledge of Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.

Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM and external systems.

Understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.

Experience with Salesforce Platform (Flows, Apex, APIs, Lightning).

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications.

Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Customer 360.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with data warehousing and customer data platforms (CDPs).
