Role Description This is a remote, contract Real Estate Agent role. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing real property, including conducting virtual and in-person showings as needed, preparing and reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through each stage of the transaction. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, providing market analyses, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and maintaining accurate records of all activities. The agent will also provide consistent customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and use digital tools and platforms to manage listings, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the applicable state(s).
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and practical experience with real property transactions.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, focusing on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with local market trends and property valuation methods.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred.
