Route Ready Workforce is seeking reliable cargo van and Sprinter van owner-operators for local last-mile package delivery opportunities.

This is not over-the-road freight, load-board work, or box-truck hauling. This is local residential and business package delivery similar to Amazon, UPS, or FedEx — but many of the packages are larger and heavier bulk items.

What to Expect

• Local last-mile delivery
• Residential and business stops
• Bulk/package delivery
• Routes available throughout the week
• Package volume varies by day and market
• Drivers load, scan, transport, and deliver their assigned packages
• Proof of delivery is required for every successful delivery

Vehicle Requirement
You must have your own:

• High-roof cargo van
• Sprinter van
• Transit-style cargo van or similar enclosed cargo vehicle

No sedans. No small SUVs. No box trucks for this opportunity.

This opportunity is best for someone who:

• Already owns a cargo van and wants consistent local delivery work
• Is comfortable handling larger and heavier packages
• Can safely lift and move packages independently
• Is dependable and available consistently
• Understands that accepting a route means completing the route
• Can follow scanning, delivery, and proof-of-delivery requirements
• Communicates quickly if there is an issue
• Takes customer service and package handling seriously

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Current vehicle insurance
• Reliable cargo van/Sprinter
• Smartphone with reliable data service
• Ability to pass required onboarding/compliance steps
• Ability to load and unload packages safely
• Reliable attendance
• Professional communication
• Willingness to follow delivery app and POD requirements
