We specialize in a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, autism, and more, and are dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our clients.
About the Role This is a full-time, W-2 employee role for a Mental Health Therapist, based in Rochester Hills, MI on an in-office or hybrid schedule. You'll conduct therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, provide case management, maintain documentation, and collaborate with other mental health professionals to support clients through their therapeutic journey.
📌 Room to schedule up to 28 billable sessions per week 💰 Compensation: $60,000-$100,000
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university in Counseling or Social Work
- Full Michigan licensure as an LPC or LMSW (limited licenses and other license types are not eligible for this role)
- No history of license suspension or revocation by a licensing board
- Treatment planning and case management skills
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Willing to work some evenings or weekends
- Proficient with technology
Preferred
- Experience in private practice or a related outpatient setting
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong understanding of mental health practices across varied presentations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
