About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Rocky's as a Bait Runner in beautiful Crawfordville, FL! This exciting role is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring our customers have the best fishing experience possible.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality bait and fishing supplies to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with selecting the right bait for their fishing needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure bait is fresh and well-stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall experience.



Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of fishing equipment and bait types preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.
