Overview
Join our dynamic team in Ladysmith, WI, as a Prototype Assembler 1! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the development and assembly of prototypes that drive innovation and quality in our products. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Assemble prototype components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure quality and functionality of assembled prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide feedback on prototype performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and any issues encountered during assembly.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
