• Bachelor's degree or higher.<\/li>
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy.<\/li>
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.<\/li>
• CRM and case management software experience is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>","responsibilities":"
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by phone, email, or online inquiries.<\/li>
  • Build rapport quickly, listen actively, and help potential clients make confident decisions <\/strong>about hiring the firm.<\/li>
  • Guide clients through scheduling consultations and completing intake forms.<\/li>
  • Coach and support other client advocates on communication, empathy, and conversion techniques.<\/li>
  • Track leads, consultations, and conversion rates using our CRM and intake software (Clio Grow, Acuity).<\/li>
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and follow-up systems.<\/li>
  • Participate in regular role-plays, training, and team reviews to continually improve performance.<\/li>
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to management on what\u2019s working \u2014 and what\u2019s not.<\/li>
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms to help bring in new cases<\/li>
  • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate.<\/li>
  • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency.<\/li>
