Commercial Lines Account Manager - Trucking/Towing:
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the high stakes of the trucking and towing world, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.
As an experienced Account Manager in Commercial Lines, you will have the primary responsibility of managing customers' service needs. Provide proactive day to day client service by responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Create new and renewal proposals for prospects and clients. Serving as the customer’s sounding board, and liaison for insurance needs, you will help prepare, deliver, and maintain their custom insurance programs.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated book and logistics clients.
  • Handle certs, endorsements, audits, claims follow-ups, collections, round outs and renewals.
  • Drive communication between producers, underwriters and insureds.
  • Review and develop loss runs, MVRs, CSA alerts and prep accounts for preferred underwriting.
  • Trucking and Towing experience (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 3+ years in commercial P amp;C (transportation and/or towing preferred).
  • Active P amp;C license
  • Proficient in Auto Liability, Physical Damage, Cargo and CL.
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar AMS.
  • Tech-comfortable, deadline-driven, and laser-focused on details.
