RMS USA is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based in our North Andover, MA office with regular domestic travel to client locations, trade shows, and industry events. When not traveling, you will be expected to work from our North Andover headquarters daily.

The Director of Sales will oversee key retail partnerships, drive national sales strategy, and lead a growing sales team. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will play a pivotal role in expanding RMS's presence across major retailers while identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

• Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Managers and Associate Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners and key decision-makers.
• Manage and optimize rep group partnerships to maximize retail coverage and drive performance across accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities, product categories, and distribution channels.
• Partner with the licensing team to identify retail placement opportunities for licensed products and align sales strategy with licensing growth initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership on sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-term growth planning.
• Analyze market trends, retail performance, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Represent RMS at major industry events, trade shows, and high-level customer meetings.
• Travel regularly to client sites to strengthen partnerships and drive account growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in consumer products, toys, or retail.
• Proven track record of managing large retail accounts and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis.
