Role Description
This is a part-time Social Media Manager role based in Denver, CO with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home. The Social Media Manager will manage and grow Rivermount Partners’ presence across key social channels by planning, publishing, and monitoring posts that align with the firm’s brand and strategic priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social content calendars, writing and scheduling posts, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversion. The role also involves community management, including responding to comments and messages, monitoring brand sentiment, and escalating issues as needed. In addition, the Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine social media strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and on-brand social content tailored to target audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, represent the brand online, and engage thoughtfully with the audience.
- Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, third-party dashboards) and translating data into actionable recommendations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI, data-driven businesses, or B2B professional services is preferred, along with basic design or visual content skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for social assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a part-time schedule, and work effectively in a hybrid environment in Denver, CO is required.
Compensation
Part-time, hourly: $25–$30/hr, based on experience. Approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible, schedule. Hybrid role based in Denver, CO.
