Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through proactive networking, outbound outreach, and referral generation in your region.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their payroll and HR needs.
• Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a relentless "Hunter" mentality.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is driven to build life-changing income.
• Impeccable integrity and the ability to build deep, consultative relationships with business owners and referral partners.
• Note: Payroll/HCM & B2B Sales experience is a plus, but not required to be successful in this role.
