Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing and Quality Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality and supporting the assembly and testing of power supplies and other products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assemble sub-components into complete units following established procedures.
• Perform functional testing of power supplies to verify performance and reliability.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection (electronics or power supplies a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with basic electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• May require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
