📣 We’re Hiring: Staff Accountant | Clearwater, FL

We’re looking for an early-career Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in Clearwater, FL!

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more complex accounting responsibilities over time.

📍 Location: On-Site in Clearwater, FL

💰 Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base + potential bonus

🕐 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Record and process vendor invoices and customer payments
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
• Partner with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting
• Gain exposure to ERP systems and broader accounting processes

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; Finance with an Accounting minor may also be considered
• Understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• ERP experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Coachable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in accounting
