Description - What You Will Do
  • Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, in alignment with established protocols.
  • Critical analysis of test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments undergo routine preventative maintenance and calibration.
  • Facilitate specimen collection while preparing samples for analysis as needed.
  • Accurately document procedures, mentor new personnel or students, and fortify lab quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and secure working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
  • Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
