As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Rice & Roux, ensuring every guest feels right at home. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers with a warm, friendly smile.

- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, whether in person or over the phone.

- Answering questions about our menu and making recommendations.

- Ensuring orders are prepared and served promptly.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Assisting team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who:

- Have a positive attitude and a genuine love for customer service.

- Work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Communicate effectively and enjoy interacting with people.

- Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

-Average starting hourly rate is $9.00, depending on experience, as well as cash and credit card tips on every shift you work. We are also open to a higher starting rate for someone with more experience.
