As a Licensed Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for patients, ensuring to address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments on the same day, promoting early intervention strategies to enhance recovery.
• Manage clinical workflows effectively by optimizing patient capture, processing referrals, and scheduling appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement initiatives, enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Establish strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through ongoing communication and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support patient care and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, injuries, and chronic illnesses. Your expertise will empower patients to regain their independence, recover their mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Mobility Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
