We help fitness studios, gyms, and wellness businesses convert more leads, automate customer engagement, improve retention, and drive measurable revenue growth through AI and automation.

Our platform integrates directly into leading fitness CRMs and powers customer communication across the entire lifecycle — from the moment a lead enters the system through conversion, membership, and long-term retention.

We're a small, fast-moving team building at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and fitness technology. We're growing quickly and looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants meaningful ownership, direct exposure to company leadership, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

The Opportunity

You'll own a portfolio of Revi customers across onboarding, launch, adoption, optimization, retention, and renewal while helping us continue to build and improve the Customer Success function.

Our customers are studio owners, operators, and business leaders. They're not simply looking for software support - they're using Revi to convert more leads, generate more revenue, improve retention, and operate more efficiently.

You'll play a major role in making that happen.

Because we're a lean team, you'll have significant visibility and responsibility from day one. Great ideas don't have to travel through five layers of management before they get implemented.

You'll have a front-row seat - and a real voice - as we scale Revi.

What You'll Own

Customer Success & Account Management

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–50 active customer accounts

• Build strong relationships with studio owners, operators, and business leaders

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for your customers

• Understand each customer's goals and help translate Revi into measurable business results

• Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal outcomes

Onboarding & Launch

• Own the customer journey from post-sale handoff through successful launch

• Guide customers through implementation, activation, and adoption milestones

• Establish clear success metrics and business goals

• Help customers understand how to get maximum value from Revi

• Create a strong customer experience from day one

Retention & Growth

• Monitor account health, engagement, and performance

• Identify churn risks early and proactively create plans to address them

• Lead recurring performance reviews and strategic conversations

• Identify opportunities to improve customer results through campaigns, workflows, and platform capabilities

• Support expansion opportunities where appropriate

Problem Solving & Optimization

• Analyze customer performance and identify opportunities to improve results

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks, adoption challenges, and account issues

• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Engineering to solve problems quickly

• Surface customer insights that help improve the platform and overall customer experience

• Bring proposed solutions — not just problems

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client services experience

• Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, or renewal workflows

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• High ownership mentality and strong follow-through

• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly

• Genuine curiosity about customers, technology, and how businesses grow

Bonus Points

• SaaS experience

• Fitness, wellness, or health-tech experience

• Startup or early-stage company experience

• Experience working with SMB or multi-location customers

• Experience using data to drive customer strategy

• Familiarity with AI, automation, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
