• 2\u20135 years of professional design experience (agency, print shop, sign shop, or in-house)<\/li>
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator \u2014 this is your primary tool<\/li>
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop<\/li>
• Strong understanding of print production: Pantone matching, ICC profiles, bleeds, and large-format file prep<\/li>
• Clean, organized file management habits<\/li>
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without reminders<\/li>
• Vehicle wrap or large-format print experience is a plus, but not required<\/li><\/ul>","responsibilities":"
  • Prepare production-ready files for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and signage<\/li>
  • Execute vehicle wrap layouts from approved concepts and templates<\/li>
  • Handle day-to-day production: decal orders, repeat layouts, file prep, cut paths, and color management<\/li>
  • Support the Lead Designer on brand packages, including layout, asset prep, and mockups<\/li>
  • Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and production standards<\/li>
  • Coordinate with the production and install team to ensure files are print-ready and on schedule<\/li>
