With over 30 years of industry experience, we're growing our team and looking for seasoned hospitality professionals to help lead our properties.

Position

Assistant General Manager

Salary: $75,000+ plus bonus

Locations: Jacksonville, FL

We're looking for experienced Assistant General Managers to support daily operations and help drive service excellence at a number of our properties in the Delray Beach/Boca Raton, Fort Myers/Naples, and Jacksonville areas. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to grow into a leadership role with a respected management company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Assistant General Manager or comparable management experience in private clubs, resorts, or upscale restaurant settings
  • Strong operational and team leadership skills
  • Hands-on attitude and great at coaching teams
  • Ability to step in seamlessly for the General Manager as needed
  • Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus
