Rest & Recover Cleaning

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
• Utilize proper cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, upholstery, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and longevity
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens effectively
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
• Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks
• Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices during all cleaning activities

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred
• Familiarity with floor care and sanitation procedures
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles, including hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
• Knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeper management is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
