We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Building Automation Project Engineer in Framingham, MA (on-site).

Responsibilities:

• Supportthe replacement of legacy Building Management Systems (BMS) acrossmanufacturing facilities.
• Assistthroughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, vendorprocurement, engineering review, field execution, and final commissioning.
• Prepareand manage BMS Replacement Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support vendorselection processes.
• Developand maintain BMS replacement execution plans.
• Conductand support in-field audits to evaluate existing infrastructure andproject readiness.
• ReviewBMS integrator technical submittals to ensure compliance with engineeringand company standards, including: Functional Specifications (FS), Instrumentation& Control (I&C) packages, Input/Output (I/O) lists
• Supporthardware cutover activities and system implementation.
• Witnessand support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests(SAT).
• TroubleshootIgnition SCADA and PLC systems as required.
• ManageSAT punch lists through resolution and project closeout.

Qualifications:

• Experiencewith Building Management Systems (BMS) in pharma manufacturing orindustrial environments.
• Knowledgeof BMS replacement projects, commissioning, and system integration.
• Experiencepreparing or supporting RFP/RFQ documentation and vendor coordination.
• Familiaritywith Functional Specifications (FS), Instrumentation & Control(I&C) documentation, and I/O lists.
• Workingknowledge of Ignition SCADA and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experiencesupporting FAT/SAT activities and hardware cutovers.
• Strongproject coordination and technical review skills.
• Abilityto work collaboratively with engineering teams, vendors, and fieldpersonnel.
