VOTRE RÔLE
En tant que Préposé(e) au service alimentaire , vous contribuez à offrir une expérience agréable et conviviale lors du service petit-déjeuner. Vous êtes responsable de la préparation, du réapprovisionnement du buffet et de l’entretien de l’aire de restauration, tout en assurant un service attentionné auprès des clients.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Répondre avec courtoisie aux demandes et questions des clients.
- Prépare le petit déjeuner buffet selon les standards de Residence Inn Marriott.
- Prépare et reçoit les commandes pour le département.
- Nettoie et entretien les équipements, les salons pendant et après le petit déjeuner.
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène alimentaire et de salubrité.
