We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager - Gear Experience to join our team in Elmhurst, IL. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge gear systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gear solutions into broader product designs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to gear systems.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the engineering department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
