We are a growing accounting consulting firm based in Arizona looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. We serve a broad, multi-industry client base and help each of them maintain clean, accurate financials — so they always have the option of audited financial statements without paying a CPA firm a premium to get there.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements for a varied portfolio of clients
• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
• Ensure clients remain compliant with sales tax regulations across applicable jurisdictions
• Maintain books to an audit-ready standard at all times
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• 4+ years of accounting experience; multi-client or consulting background strongly preferred
• Experience across multiple industries
• Solid understanding of sales tax compliance
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite — must be able to work independently without training on these tools
• Strong professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a true self-starter
