Job description

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Commercial Restaurant Technician
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and painting.
  • Coordinate and track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding repair status, equipment issues, and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records for fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and Ansul systems.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination among team members.
  • Monitor work orders and follow up on outstanding maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with facility inspections and identify corrective actions to maintain operational standards and compliance.
