Position Overview

We invite licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to apply for the rewarding opportunity of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Relationship & Intimacy Counseling. Work Environment

This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setup, allowing counselors to provide services from their home or a comfortable workspace. Our therapists operate in a highly collaborative and supportive environment, where continued learning and professional development are encouraged. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced schedule for our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and designing tailored treatment plans that facilitate meaningful growth.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, guiding patients through evidence-based methodologies aimed at improving their mental health outcomes.
• Incorporating behavioral techniques and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients achieve their personalized therapeutic goals.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes in our electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engaging in reflective practice, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. We are particularly focused on empowering clients from various backgrounds to overcome personal challenges and enhance their emotional health. Your empathetic approach and ability to build trusting relationships will be instrumental in helping clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for clinical practice.
• Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, equipped with the skills necessary for effective client interaction and intervention.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will have:

• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and create a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust.
• Experience working with electronic health record systems to maintain clinical documentation efficiently.
• A commitment to professional development, with a willingness to engage in continuing education courses and training.

Compensation and Benefits
