As part of a passionate team of mental health professionals, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families heal and develop resilience.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility while ensuring a cohesive connection with our dedicated team. You will engage in regular virtual meetings to collaborate on client care, share insights, and enhance clinical strategies. Our organization utilizes an electronic health record system that streamlines documentation and facilitates communication, enabling you to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' stories, challenges, and strengths, which will guide individualized care plans.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions that are customized to the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilizing behavioral strategies and interventions to promote measurable progress, ensuring each client's journey toward healing is both dynamic and purposeful.
  • Efficiently documenting all clinical interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and exploring areas of interest to refine your clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will encompass individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse age groups and backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that recognizes the unique context of each individual’s situation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and create effective therapeutic alliances.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience using electronic health record systems will have an advantage, as familiarity with this technology enhances the efficiency of client management and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package. Our offerings include:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your health and wellness needs.
  • An employer-matched 401(k) plan to help you plan for your financial future.
  • Continuing Education Courses, providing access to additional training and learning opportunities to further enhance your professional skills.
  • Free therapy for you as a therapist, promoting your personal mental well-being and professional growth.
