Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will operate from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a vibrant team. Our operational hours run Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling activities aimed at empowering clients:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients, determining mental health needs, strengths, and goals to build individualized care plans that address their unique circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings.
  • Implement behavioral strategies tailored to clients’ needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, mindfulness practices, or solution-focused approaches, ensuring clients are equipped with effective coping mechanisms.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Dedicate time to your professional growth, engaging in ongoing learning through workshops, seminars, and additional training opportunities to enhance your skillset and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Relationship & Intimacy Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, to those addressing family dynamics and personal growth issues. The holistic approach we embrace allows for a personalized therapeutic journey designed to support each patient’s unique needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
Preferred Experience

While the following are not mandatory, they are highly desirable:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems, enhancing your efficiency in documentation.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, supplemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
