We are hiring a Commercial Estimator / Project Manager to take ownership of commercial EIFS work and to build out a new product line for us: fiber cement panel and rainscreen cladding. This is a growth seat, not a backfill. Commercial EIFS is the best work we do and we want a second person who can price it and run it. At the same time, architects in our market are specifying medium-density fiber cement panel, Nichiha, Ceraclad and similar systems, on projects we are already bidding, and we do not yet pursue that scope the way it deserves. You would own both: EIFS as the core of the job, and panel as the line you build. You do not need EIFS experience to apply. If you have estimated or managed commercial framing, siding or panel work, you already understand the wall we build on. We will train you on the system.
